Frequently asked questions
1. How can I book a tattoo appointment?
You can book your appointment by sending us a message via our official Instagram profile, email, or the contact form on our website. Please include your desired motif, placement on the body, size (in centimeters), and a few reference photos so we can better assess your project.
2. Who are the artists at your studio and what styles do you offer?
Our team includes Anja Ferencic, Darjan Bulic, Borna Sauka, and Anja Nikcevic, with occasional guest artists joining us. We work in all tattoo styles, with a special focus on quality, originality, and a conceptual approach.
3. What is the process from idea to finished tattoo?
After you send us your inquiry with basic information, we will get back to you to discuss the details or schedule a consultation (online or in person). Together we define the motif, size, and style. The design is created individually for each client according to the specific instructions and presented on the day of the appointment. There will always be time for any last adjustments before we start tattooing. We know this isn’t ideal for everyone, but this practice has worked really well for us over the years, and in the end, everyone leaves happy with their new tattoo.
4. Can I bring my own design or do you only do custom tattoos?
You can bring your own design or references, but we adapt every tattoo to your anatomy and our aesthetic. We do not copy other artists’ work but create original, custom designs for each client.
5. How far in advance do I need to book and is there a waiting list?
We recommend booking several weeks in advance, especially for larger projects or specific artists. During the busy season, there may be a waiting list, but we will always inform you of available dates.
6. How is the price of a tattoo determined?
The price depends on the size, complexity, and placement of the tattoo. The minimum price is €80, with the average tattoo ranging between €200–300. Large projects and multi-hour sessions are priced upon agreement.
7. Do I need to pay a deposit and what if I cancel or reschedule?
A deposit is required to confirm your appointment. If you cancel less than 5 days before your appointment, the deposit is non-refundable. If you notify us earlier, it is possible to transfer the deposit to a new date.
8. How should I prepare for my tattoo session?
We recommend a good night’s sleep, a light meal before your session, and avoiding alcohol or blood-thinning medications. Wear comfortable clothing and, if possible, come rested and relaxed.
9. What are your aftercare recommendations?
After your tattoo, you will receive detailed aftercare instructions. It is important to keep the tattoo clean, apply the recommended cream, and avoid sun exposure, pools, and saunas for the first few weeks.
10. What if I have allergies or specific health issues?
If you have known allergies, chronic illnesses, or are taking medications, please let us know before your appointment. In some cases, a consultation with your doctor may be necessary.
11. Do you do cover-ups or corrections of old tattoos?
Yes, we do cover-ups and corrections, but it’s important to assess the possibilities depending on your existing tattoo and wishes. Please send us a photo of your old tattoo for evaluation.
12. How long does a tattoo session take and can I bring someone with me?
The duration depends on the size and complexity. Small tattoos take about an hour, while larger projects may require several sessions. Companions are welcome, but please limit the number of people for comfort and hygiene reasons.
13. How do you maintain hygiene and safety in the studio?
We operate according to the highest hygiene standards, use sterile and single-use materials, and thoroughly clean the space after each client. All artists are trained in sterilization and safety protocols.
14. What payment methods do you accept?
Payment can be made in cash, by card, or bank transfer after each session.
15. Do you offer gift vouchers or digital products?
Yes, we offer gift vouchers for tattoo sessions and occasionally digital products such as educational materials or design sets. For more information, contact us directly.
