Our studio covers a wide range of tattoo styles, including realistic black and grey, traditional, neotraditional, japanese, fine line, lettering, and geometric. Our dedicated team of highly experienced artists, are here to offer you honest advice and feedback for your upcoming projects. Whether you need help finding the ideal artist for your project or valuable insights into the best design solution, we prioritize quality and maintain the highest standards.
The first step to booking your appointment is to fill out this form. After you provide us with some basic information, we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that it may take us a few working days to respond, so we kindly ask for your patience.
Once we have received your information, we will carefully select and suggest the best artist for your tattoo. We will then proceed to arrange all the design details through email. If we believe it is necessary to have a face-to-face consultation, we will inform you. Typically, the consultation meeting takes place a few days before the actual appointment, as most designs are finalized during that time.
To secure your appointment, we require a minimum deposit of 50e. Once the deposit is paid, we will confirm your appointment and begin the process of coordinating all the necessary details.
1. Communication & Design Process
Open Communication: To create the best possible tattoo for you, it’s essential that we clearly communicate your wishes and preferences. Each design is developed a few days before your appointment, and there’s always room for minor adjustments on the day of tattooing.
Artistic Integrity: Please keep in mind that your tattoo will be created in our studio’s distinctive style. Major changes that would compromise the design’s aesthetics or our artistic standards may be declined by the artist.
Significant Changes: If substantial changes to the sketch are requested and require considerable extra time (or even rescheduling), these will be charged additionally, based on the artist’s hourly rate.
2. Booking & Deposits
Deposit Required: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The amount depends on the project size.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel less than 5 days before your scheduled appointment, the deposit cannot be refunded. If you cancel earlier, we’ll do our best to reschedule or refund the deposit if we can fill your slot, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Rescheduling: Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to reschedule, so we can accommodate you and offer your slot to someone else.

4. Studio Guidelines & What to Expect
Professional Approach: All communication and price agreements are handled through official Forever Yours channels. Direct deals with artists are not necessary in the beginning of booking process .
Preparation: The artist will have your sketch ready before your session. Minor last-minute tweaks are possible, but please understand that major changes might not be feasible on the day.
Hygiene & Safety: Our studio follows the highest hygiene standards. All equipment is properly cleaned , and disposable materials are used wherever possible.
Respectful Environment: We strive for a friendly, yet professional atmosphere. Please treat our team and other clients with the same respect you’ll receive from us.

This form is your first point of contact with us. Here, you’ll briefly describe what you’d like to get done, and we’ll assess which tattoo artist would suit you best. We’ll follow up via email once we receive your request. After clarifying all the details and answering your questions, we’ll send you a booking link. Through this link, you’ll pay your deposit and choose a date that suits you, based on your chosen artist’s availability. Before your appointment, you’ll receive all the necessary information. Please note: when booking your slot via the link, you’ll need to enter your basic details again—make sure to fill everything in so we can keep our schedule organized.
